older hotel, roms very large, clean. Balcony is an extra. restaurant very nice

The convienence of the restaurant on site is great. Pool is well maintained. Rooms are a bit outdated but decent. Greatly appreciated getting a full refund when I had to cut my stay short. Ample free parking. AC was fantastic in the heat wave!

Other than the Crocodile Restaurant (which the hotel does not own), I would never stay here or make a recommendation of same. Tub was clogged and was ankle-deep in dirty shower water - called front desk twice with no solution other than "Sorry, we'll report it". Upon checking out, I informed the front desk clerk and was told to email "Conrad" the GM 3. I tried doing so 3 times with zero response. Customer Service is Zero.
