Last time I stayed here was in 2019. I'm happy to say the hotel is just as good as ever. Sparkling clean, nice swimming pool with convenient opening hours, bistro food available in the lobby, helpful staff. I would highly recommend it.

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to train tracks. The only issue was that we weren’t told housekeeping only comes every other day, so we were disappointed to return to an unserviced room after the first night. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.

Subswan

Lifetime Titanium Marriott member. Stay Nov 27. Return trip over Thanksgiving. Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, and the Bistro food and service was great. Easy on and off freeway access. Free bottled water at front desk. Cons: SNA upgraded room assignment. Rm 225. They accepted a SNA but assigned what seemed like one of the worse rooms in the hotel. 2nd floor extremely obstructed view. I did not find the room acceptable for a SNA. The view that filled most of the window top to bottom and only about 15-20 feet away was the tile roof of the covered front drive though. The only other option they said they could give was a view of the back of the Safeway store in a hearing-impaired room. I don't think the room they gave me was used much. It had a voicemail message still on the phone from Nov 2nd. There is a new Residence Inn across the highway that I will probably try next time in the area. Residence Inn has complimentary parking and free breakfast. Courtyard charges $10 for park at your own risk ungated parking.
