Holiday Inn Vallejo-Napa Valley Gateway

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The room was excellent, the location was perfect, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Jackie at the front desk for making our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, our stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Amazing experience. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast at the bistro was delicious, and Jason who I believe was the head manager was so helpful. He made multiple accommodations for us and was so quick to help us out. I definitely recommend staying here and if you meet Jason count yourself lucky.

I've stayed here a bunch of times in the last couple of years so I'm not writing this review after the first night of my first day. This place is incredible value. It's a cement buildings and not one of these wooden pieces of garbage. The location is insanely convenient given that with no traffic I'm 20 minutes from oakland. 27 minutes from San francisco. And about 2 and 1/2 hours from Tahoe or less. Napa is always 25 minutes away only. Even though I live in Nevada, and I don't travel for work, I stay at this Courtyard Marriott so much that I've started to get to know the staff. And, now I understand why the place runs so smoothly and feels so safe and comfortable. A big thanks to Mirasol and Jocob who make me feel so welcomed when I check in and a special shout out to Monez for keeping things in working order. I rarely stayed here during the peak time in the Summer with the amusement park across the street but I can imagine even if it's really busy and they roller coasters are going off it's still going to be a great place to stay.
