If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
We had a room block beginning on the 16th, but one member of our group had a flight arrive one day early, so we booked an additional room for him. Another member also arrived early, but since we had reserved a king suite, I called ahead to ask about accommodating the second guest. I was told it would be a $10 additional charge or that the hotel could provide a cot.
When they arrived, the hotel refused both options. They were told they would have to purchase another room for $265 plus a deposit—even though rooms were showing online for only $96. They were also told that no cot was available and that the hotel could not even provide an extra pillow or blanket.
I personally called because I was the person who made the reservation. The employee immediately became aggressive and yelled that he had already told them no because there were too many people in the room. I explained that there were only two guests staying in the room and that the other person he saw was simply a staff member who had dropped them off.
He then placed me on hold for approximately 20 minutes. While waiting, I could hear him yelling at other customers. When he finally returned to the phone, he continued being aggressive and dismissive. I calmly asked for the best available solution and made it clear that money was not the issue. His response was that he “didn’t need the business.”
When I asked why I had been promised a $10 charge or a cot over the phone, he hung up on me.
The lack of basic customer service, the conflicting information, and the employee’s hostile behavior were completely unacceptable. We had an entire room block connected to this hotel, yet we were treated as if our business did not matter. I would strongly advise others to stay somewhere that treats its guests with basic respect.

The hotel was full of pleasant surprises, it was clean, spacious, and even equipped with a microwave, medium sized fridge instead of the usual small bar fridge. The outdoor pool was large, with pool towels available and even some floaties for use. The continental breakfast of muffins/pastries, yogurt and coffee/tea were unexpected and a wonderful start to the morning. There was a small hiccup with the bathroom sink clogging up but it was fixed the next morning. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable, and best of all was the front reception manager, Bill, who was so friendly and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. The hotel is also a 10 min bus ride away from the Metro B line, which connects you to everywhere. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Extremely misleading photos and poor room conditions:
The photos on the website do not match reality at all. The listing shows bright, modern rooms, but what I walked into was dated, poorly maintained, and lacked basic necessities.
Bathroom: There was no shampoo provided and no exhaust fan, leaving the space steamy and humid.
Sleeping & Privacy: The bed was extremely squeaky and noisy with every slight movement. The small window had no curtains, compromising both privacy and blocking out morning light.
Amenities: The TV did not work during the stay.
It feels like false advertising when compared to the online images. I would not recommend staying here until management invests in proper maintenance and basic guest essentials.
