The worst staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. The front desk lady was absolutely rude, made accusations, and treated us with total disrespect because of our accent and ethnic difference. Avoid this hotel at all cost. There are far better options around. The staff need customer service training like they need food and water. NEVER again! They ruined our experience and we haven’t slept all night from anger and shock at how we were treated. I will be elevating this with ownership, and if they don’t investigate using their cameras, I will file a police report.

I chose the Ponte Vineyard Inn as the place to celebrate our 58 th wedding anniversary. We were joined by good friends. The Inn exceeded our expectations. The staff and everyone we encountered during our stay were cheerful, helpful, and went beyond what we expected. The rooms were fresh, clean, and welcoming. We dined at two of the restaurants on site and were very pleased. Our stay included complimentary tastings at Ponte Vineyard and their sister Bottaia Winery. Ponte tastings were very good. Unfortunately Bottaia was closed the days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool both evenings, and were comfortable walking the grounds and exploring the various venues on site. I believe we received good value for the price we paid and look forward to returning in he future.

The Ponte Vineyard Inn is a charming place with charming people. The buildings, grounds and restaurant are lovely, reminiscent of a European country inn, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 202 on the second floor of the main building, overlooking the patio, gardens, vineyard and mountains in the distance. The balcony with two chaise lounges was huge, as was the room, with stately furnishings and elegant bedding. The inn's staff was helpful, friendly, gracious and knowledgeable. Alex set the tone at check-in, with restaurant suggestions that were spot on. She gave us a quick overview of Ponte and its sister winery, where free tastings are given to Inn guests. The wait staff at Blossom (Zach and Hunter) provided superb service for breakfast -- the food was excellent, too (go for the avocado toast with an egg). For dinner, we enjoyed the larger Ponte restaurant. The pool was quiet, with cabanas and a view of the vineyard. Honestly, one never has to leave -- and who would want to? Where else can you find a Tuscan villa in America?
