We booked 2 rooms for our family. Both were "non-smoking" rooms & reeked of cigarette smoke. No continental breakfast & swimming pool closed indefinitely. Rooms were clean with fresh bedding & towels, plenty of parking, beds were comfortable & the place was quiet. There is a good restaurant across the highway & on Main Street in Upper Lake. Pizza parlor about a block away. The place has gone downhill & I would not stay there again & would not recommend to anyone who cares about a stinky room. I went to the store & bought a can of Febreze, sprayed half of it in my room & still it smelled bad. Turned on the fan & left it on all night to bring in fresh air from outside. It is the cheapest place in the area but there are better places nearby. You get what you pay for.

The staff here was very helpful during my stay, they were also very generous! Very much grateful for their hospitality, will come Back again!

Room was clean and comfortable with updated furnishings and amenities. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating when I requested a particular room. Room had microwave and mini-fridge and a perfect work area (desk and comfy desk chair) along w another small table and chair for lounging. Great set up! Comfortable bed w extra pillows.
