Unfortunately we didn't have a very experience when we stayed on June 25th for 1 night. We arrived early evening and checked in. I asked the young lady at the counter if she could give us some recommendations for dinner and the response I got was I don't eat around her I do my own meal prepping. She said just Google it and see what you can find. The worst part of the night was the situation next door (abandoned building next door), there were many homeless people sleeping and hanging out on the front steps and in the building. We didn't get any sleep during the night, they were yelling and screaming at each other (some of the them were threatening each other and swearing thru the night). We did mention it to the gentleman at the front desk in the morning and told us they have been having issues. It was a very unenjoyable stay at the Venice Breezes Suites. We did also mention to the lady at the front desk in the morning as we checked out and she said they were sorry but that was it. I would not recommend or stay at thos hotel again. Rob

Very nice and well equipped apartment: fridge, microwave, dishes (few but the necessary ones), pots (few but we manage), dishwasher with tablets (small and noisy), comfortable bed but pillows to improve (they are full of bumps), sofa convertible into bed (but it did not seem very comfortable), bathroom with fantastic shower and good products. The difference is the location directly on the beach. The only problem is the sound insulation since on the second floor (the first elevated), you hear everything that happens on the street, and the loud noises go on until late and start early. The insulation with the other rooms is also a bit lacking. Nice terrace on the top floor where you can sunbathe or have a BBQ and welcome is the supply of beach towels. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We liked the possibility of late check out. Recommended.

We stayed here to get some beach time ahead of an event in LA. Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The rooftop was perfection, we spent many hours up there over the course of our long weekend. Location could not be beat: beautiful sunsets, the best people watching and easy access to all kinds of places to eat or explore. In the past Venice felt a little sketchy but this visit was so different, everything was clean and people were so nice, and I really can’t speak highly enough of our visit. We had the best time ever and will absolutely stay here again.
