Venice on the Beach Hotel

Beautiful location but it all ends here! When we arrived there was no one in reception, we waited 10 minutes for someone to reveal themselves. Wet room bathroom not assessable, terrible. Sink without hot water, broken shower that could have dropped the shower box on you. Lack of blackouts in the room. In the corridors there was a smell of nauseating pee. In the early afternoon the boy at the reception disappeared and if you needed you had to call a number indicated. On the second day the bathroom was flooded with water coming out of the toilet. We called and went up the receptionist who dried the bathroom with our towels. Being out of the toilet I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned but he said no and left. It's life to go find some clean towels. Upon our arrival we had found a soaked towel in the sink and the doubt is that the same problem had already happened and they left the dirty towel in the sink. I had high expectations given the cost of over 250€ per night, but it turned out to be a nightmare.

Probably the worst hotel I can remember. Exceptional location but ruined by the abandonment that lies this structure. We arrive and there is no one at the reception. After 10 minutes it arrives (then in the late afternoon it is in the evening there is no one but a number to call). Wet and dirty room. The bed was shaky. In the bathroom there was a soaking towel inside the sink. Broken shower enclosure that risks falling on you. Hair in copious quantities on the toilet. Small small sink with a shelf above that does not allow you to brush your teeth above the sink. Cold and wet room. In the morning you find your clothes wet The next day the toilet flush broke, all the water came out of the toilet and flooded the bathroom. The water didn't stop anymore We asked for help at reception (it was morning and fortunately there was someone). And figure on a sanerà m, threw 4 or 5 towels on the floor to empty the floor however remained wet and dirty. We asked if he'd send someone to clean the toilet that sucked, it was toilet water. He didn’t send anyone to clean and he didn’t change our rooms with the nightmare that the flush would still block. An unmaintained hotel disaster. Smells like pee in the hallways Never again Too bad because it has a unique location

Just incredible location Friendly helpful kind staff Basic clean rooms Great views Safe quite location Room walls pretty thin, to be mindful if visiting! - I would request thicker yummy towels and upgraded products to give a warmer vibe to the rooms X
