I booked a room at the Embassy Suites at Walnutcreek earlier in the month. I received a confirmation saying I had a room. After driving over 8 hours we were told that the hotel was sold out!! They ended up sending us to the next city over, which was further than our point of interest, without even offering us an upgrade or some sort of compensation for the trouble. I was very disappointed of this outcome.

My family and I recently stayed at the Embassy in Walnut Creek during a very difficult time, as we were in town for my father-in-law’s funeral. From the moment we arrived, Jayla was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for during our stay. Her warmth and genuine concern meant so much to our family, especially while we were navigating such an emotional time. Jayla’s hospitality truly made a difference and helped make an otherwise difficult trip a little easier. Thank you, Jayla, for your outstanding customer service, compassion, and for treating our family with such kindness.
