Motel 6 Woodland

Location great. Unclean unsafe hotel. Will not stay again. I found blood on sheets the next morning. Ew. No it wasnt my blood. The steps to get to the second floor feel and look like they will crumble at any moment. The laminate floor had SO MUCH visible built up dirt on it I made sure to keep my shoes on. Ew. The toilet seat was not bolted to the floor and rocked when you sat on it. Burl the front desk agent was great!

Booked for two nights during memorial Day weekend to attend a Horse show. Arrived late evening and rang bell for check-in in. Doors locked and communication is through a modified window. Employee refused to give us keys without giving an additional $50 CASH for "incidentals" but when asked could not provide any examples of what those "incidentals" might be. We refused to hand over more money and she refused to provide a key for a room we had already paid for. EXTORTION!!!! They said they would refund our money but of course now are refusing. LIARS!!!! We went just down the street to the Best Western. The employee at the BW said many, many people come complaining of the despicable and crooked tactics of the OYO down the street. Now we're out $200 stolen by OYO and by reading the other terrible reviews on their own website my advice would be: don't get enticed by their low prices. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Modest place, but it is clean and comfortable, my bed was very comfy. Since OYO accepts dogs, my pup could enjoy the trip. OYO is also easy to find and drive to. The staff at OYO Woodland is wonderful, kind, cooperative, and helpful. They are also honest! I will gladly stay there when I am in the area.
