Park Avenue Lofts

This rental was exactly as described and met our needs/wants perfectly. We came for the Christmas festivities in Downtown and the walkability was perfect - stores, restaurants, bars, the gondola, the ski lifts - everything right in front of us. The property was clean, updated, and decorated in a lovely mountain chic decor. We used the hot tub while it snowed, sat in front of the warm fireplace with our evening cocktail, and slept like babies in the comfy master suite. Would also like to say to the owners that the slate thru-out is just beautiful! The added touches - toiletries, coffee filters, hair dryer & curling iron - you thought of everything and we appreciated it all! The views of the mountains were also perfect, but that goes without saying as it is Breckenridge. We will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you! Park Avenue Lofts #303

Nice location for sure but building showing its age. NEW CARPETING needed in hallways of the building and paint. WHY leave spots and stains on carpet when can be fixed cheaply. NO WEED should be posted as people love to smoke and stink up the place.

Friends and I booked a “Downtown unit - views from private hot tub” through Pinnacle/VisitBreck only to find out when we arrived that the hot tub is out of order. Pinnacle was insulting and less than helpful throughout the entire nightmare. Not once did they admit that they failed to notify us, but when I asked to have a conversation with the boss I was straight up refused. Forced to choose between a refund or a minuscule credit not nearly commensurate with the inconvenience and premium we paid, we had no choice but to leave. Also, there is nothing “convenient” about having your keys in Frisco. That’s just stupid. Beware.
