Water House on Main Street by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

I stayed in unit #6404. I can't speak for the rest of the units but this one is tired. Someone else's food left in freezer Refrigerator not clean The ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work. The front desk told me "go down to city mart and buy ice" The refrigerator had broken shelves The kitchen tap fell off The shower couldn't switch from bath to shower - the tap fell off The shower curtain was ripped and falling off The coffee table has the veneer coming off The kitchen stools are so worn out you can't comfortably sit in them The have a phone in the unit for housekeeping to get hold of you - that doesn't work. This place could be great but is being let down by a lack of maintenance and a don't care attitude from the front desk. The maintenance staff that came in to look at the place were great but it's clear management aren't checking on the state of the place and keeping on top of things. It was probably good when new but it's prematurely aging and aging quickly.

The hallways smell like dirty feet and mildew. Listing said Mountain View which was false. Zero accommodations for any issues. Many fixtures do not work and good luck getting a number to call !!!! Why are they letting this place get run down. The free shuttle service from here stopped once vacasa took over.

Run down and mildly damaged furniture. Wicker kitchen stools unraveling and unable to be used. Lose bathroom hardware. Had a minor issue involving natural gas so called the maintenance line to report. No directions or welcome book and the absolute WORST maintenance and concierge. Three calls for service to fix the problem and NEVER resolved. Countless hours wasted on the phone being told “maintenance reported it resolved.” Calling the Vacasa (management company) to file a complaint and spent nearly an hour on the phone yielding very little. No confirmation or file # could be provided, only the first name of the agent. We will NOT be back again. WORST property management and service.
