Comfort Inn & Suites Carbondale

Stayed five nights and all was good. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again. Nice town to stay in for sight seeing.

Please be aware that making a reservation with this hotel is extremely shady. I have been trying for days to cancel a reservation, that per terms not shared with me, must be cancelled with the actual hotel. The problem is that this hotel does not answer their phone or provide an email address with your reservation. Three escalated representatives at Comfort Inn's 1-800 number could not reach them. It took 45 minutes on the phone between being on hold and talking to several departments to cancel at this particular Comfort Inn. I will also point out that if there was an emergency and the hotel needed to be reached, it is not an option because in my experience, they do not answer their phone.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Carbondale, CO during Fourth of July week! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and inviting rooms, immaculate common areas, and stunning landscaping. My suite was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The continental breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-stocked, and offering a variety of delicious options. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything needed. A special shoutout to Travis Burkholder, the Maintenance Manager, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. His respectful and supportive demeanor toward both staff and guests truly stood out and added to the welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was clean and refreshing, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds. The hotel’s location offers great views, ample parking, and a peaceful, scenic setting. While the Wi-Fi signal could definitely be improved, this minor issue should not deter anyone from staying here. The overall experience, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality more than make up for it. I highly recommend Comfort Inn & Suites in Carbondale to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-run place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning!
