It met my three main criteria: clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was a little small, but acceptable. Mike, at the front desk, was friendly. It has two floors. There is an elevator, but it is at the opposite end of the building from the front desk. Pricing is reasonable, around $150 when I was there.

We have been coming here for over 20 years and would like to offer comments we hope will help the hotel management. The new TVs are nice, as is the more consistent Wi-Fi connection. We like the location of the hotel and how quiet it is. One of our rooms had broken fiberglass tub, which was causing water to leak out of onto the floor and that wasn't remedied while we were there. The breakfast offerings were fine, but we had to ask a couple times at 8:40 for the breakfast to be replenished, as it is supposed to be available until 9 AM. The grounds could use more consistent upkeep and the big trash bin out back was overflowing with garbage. The reason we continue to come to this hotel is for the kind staff and the superb care of Lead Housekeeper, Socorro. She is incredibly customer focused and always attended to our needs promptly and with kindness. She is an absolute gem and a great asset to this hotel.
