+ Pretty older house in a very central location, parking in front of the house, typical building for the area. Staff very nice, in the afternoon there are mega delicious cookies and red wine from the box ;-). Room large and clean, functionally furnished - Breakfast could definitely have been better, I imagined a little more than sweets, some toast and yogurt. Coffee was neat. The place to take breakfast is very special, either you sit on a couch in the reception area or go up one floor to a small table. A fridge in the room would also be nice, WiFi is very bad

Nice location, but the rooms are tiny. I had to crawl across the queen bed to get on my side of the bed. Bathroom has no space to put things. Contintental breakfast was adequate, but nothing special and there are no tables to sit at unless you're oK sitting outside near hot tub. It was too cold for that and some people had to stand to eat. I sat on the stairs.

I was told I would be given a room downstairs which was important given recent surgeries. The fellow that made the reservation did not note this, and when I arrived, the person that checked me in said no note was made and she had just had someone check in that was placed in the last room downstairs. I had paid for one night and their "policy" is no refunds. The hotel is 3 star at best in terms of cleanliness, bed comfort, and staff cooperation. Buyer beware....
