Inn and Suites at Riverwalk

Very small rooms. I was barely able to stand up out of bed without my toes hitting the wall. Dirty: I tipped the cleaners well but they never cleaned the room well. Finally on the last day they turned off all the water and we were stranded without toilets, showers or sinks We will never stay there again

What a great location to everything in this little town. The hotel was clean and the beds are so comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Kudos especially to Leonardo! He shared that he strives to treat people like he would want to be treated. We will be back!

Great completely renovated hotel, with friendly staff, and wonderful amenities for an excellent value! The rooms are really comfortable, and the coffee bar hits the spot first thing in the morning. We especially loved the bikes and the pool … and the staff (more on that below). We were in Edwards for a quick family getaway over the July 4th holiday. We loved using the bikes and riding on the nearby trails. When my son accidentally got a flat tire 5 miles away, the hotel staff came and rescued us! Gave us a new bike for my son to ride home. What service! Then … it turned out that the pool we were going to use in Eagle at a community we belong to was out of commission - on July 4th weekend, no less! The hotel came to the rescue again. It has a beautiful pool area with nice warm water that we loved spending the afternoon in. Finally, can’t thank Leonardo and the cleaning team enough for finding my valuables in the safe and returning them to me. I thought I had picked up everything I accidentally left in the safe when I got a call from the hotel letting me know I had left my laptop in the safe. I stopped by the hotel on my way back to Denver to retrieve the laptop. But then, after I returned to Denver, I realized I had left my wallet in the safe too. Leonardo confirmed the hotel staff found my wallet, and then he went out of his way to return it to me by mail. Even more amazing is that my wallet had EVERYTHING still in it. Really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and overall hospitality of the Riverwalk Inn team - we’ll be back soon to thank you in person. Thank you! Drew
