Wild Horse Inn

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Wild Horse Inn and only wished we could have stayed longer! It is a lovely Inn, with wonderful outside seating areas. Warm hospitality and a great breakfast added to the relaxed and enjoyable experience. We look forward to visiting again!

Wild Horse Inn is beautiful inside and out. Just home after our second stay, this time for three nights, four days in the biggest room-- well appointed, spotless, lacks for nothing. Thank you, John, for Rocky Ford cantaloupe and the best veggie omelet and roasted white and sweet potatoes for breakfast. We could get used to this. Chris, thank you for personal attention to our situation. You are kind. The Inn is perfectly located away from crowds, and near enough to world-class hiking (that's our bag) and more. Highly recommend.

The Wild Horse Inn provides a pleasant respite from the hustle and bustle of Winter Park, but is close enough to access restaurants and shops. We stayed in the main lodge, constructed of massive log timbers. A hearty breakfast is included and the owner furnished very helpful advice on where to hike.
