Bighorn Rentals - Frisco

To be clear we are not staying with this conglomerate anymore. Accuracy of Advertisement of them and Airbnb, lack of communication (9hr response time) and 24hr refundable policy puts them way out of the realm of my expectation of Airbnb. The motto of the Big Horn corporation seems to be the customer is always wrong . If you're looking to book be sure to read comments. If possible book with an owner not a corporation. You get what you pay for.

I am giving them a 1 because I submitted a very fair and honest review of a condo we stayed in during our ski trip to Copper Mountain. It was Passage Point 311. There were issues with all the mattresses, lack of certain kitchen utensils, coffee pot and overall condition of the rental. I didn't bash them at all but felt they needed to know a few things and thought that potential renters should know. They never posted the review and never contacted me for follow up (although I didn't really count on that). For the money we paid, that condo should have been in better condition.

If I could give it a zero I would! Kitchen layout is horrible, garage might fit a mini cooper, dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival. Dirt and trash under the couches when I looked for lost items. A saline enema under the bathroom sink?!?! 🤢 The dust is horrible, the fully stocked kitchen was a joke, the layout of most of the rooms is horrible. The water heater held enough water for two people to shower. The radiant floor heat made the entire place off the charts hot and when we asked to extend for one night they were more than happy to accommodate but when we called the very next day & asked to cancel the one extra night due to a winter storm warning that was to dump 18-36 inches with some spots of 48 inches , we were told no & the person was VERY snotty to us! As most Colorado seemed to be…… we have a 12 hour drive ahead of us. Obviously they do not care at all about their clients and their safety.
