Great buy for a planned Red Rocks concert weekend. Perfect location if you are just staying for the weekend. No elevator- pack light!

Location is perfect for any Red Rocks excursions. Room was clean (a tad dated but not bad), beds were comfortable. There is no daily room service but easy to ask for clean towels or needs at the desk. Check in was easy. Breakfast was not fully continental but not full spread either...but did the job with a variety of offerings. Overall a nice place to stay for an affordable price!

Overall place is great, minus one star due to needing some new upgrading and deep cleaning mainly in the pool area. Breakfast was also good had no complaints. And not much help at the front desk when we tried to update our second day into the jet tub rooms. Paid $280 each room had 2 rooms both for 2 nights. And both rooms were cleaned good. Weren't able to get rooms next to each other. But we didn't reserve rooms at a reasonable time so that was on us and no jetted tub rooms available. Parking was close and the the place was quite. Location perfect right off freeway easy to find and access. No problem with noise levels. Our room was probably the main noise heard if any. The other guests were all respectful passing by in the hallway. Fitness room small didn't use but took a look at it. Pool hours 6am-11pm good long range time has 3ft-5ft pool and a hot tub water was clean and you could smell the fresh chlorine. Besides the surrounding flooring and walls around that could use a good power washing and new paint everything else was alright. Had pool to ourself which was another plus as it is on the smaller end for a hotel pool. Other than these minor situations I will definitely be back especially to enjoy the rooms with the jetted tub that's the best amenity a room can have.
