Currier Inn

I had stayed here years ago when it was the Sod Buster Inn. My husband and I went again in March of 2025. I'm just now posting a review because I have given them plenty of time to respond to my calls and emails. This was truly the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. I even sent pictures to Ryan Sterling who is evidently the owner with no response. There were cobwebs on the wall, under the bed was filthy and was extremely dusty/dirty, mold in the shower, the desk drawer was broken, no mattress pad on the mattress, furniture was dusty, same garbage was on the front lawn the whole weekend, entrance door was filthy, and so much more. Being an award winning hotel manager, I offered to come there free of charge to help them get on the right track. No response to that either. This used to be a nice property, but is no longer. I do not plan on ever staying there again. I am attached just a few pictures out of the many we took.

Photos make this place look charming but when we checked in, our door handle was not working, the room appears to need some good cleaning and just had an overall feeling of being dirty. We were not comfortable with the appeared level of cleanliness, so we left and opted for a chain hotel.

I highly recommend this historic, quaint little hotel and its fabulous creperie restaurant. The walls in the lobby and rooms are lined with Greeley history tidbits. There are games and books available for guests in the public area. Marcus was first onsite in the morning and the last to leave each evening, and always willing to help guests with questions and special requests. (I had a lot of these!) It is a self-service hotel, which was a little confusing at first, with a text message with instructions on how to enter the building and open the lockbox at the door to our room to get the room key. We held a reunion registration event outside on the veranda while another group had a dinner inside. The veranda turned out to be a perfect venue for the registration and a game of Scrabble later during our stay. The food is well priced, plentiful, and superbly prepared.
