HAMPTON INN - SUITES GREELEY

Selected this hotel because it is Hilton and there is a standard expected. The room could have used more chairs and at least one luggage rack. The shampoo was empty upon arrival. The breakfast had chicken sausage and no other sausage choice. Yuck. The real kicker was the fire alarm going off at 3:10am for no apparent reason. It also went off two more times before 7am and a front desk clerk with a flippant attitude. He should have known he was going to get bombarded with angry people and to be prepared.

The esthetics of this hotel are okay lobby wise. But as we were traveling 9 hours away from home with children and staying for a couple days we didn't know that the pool was being renovated and there was no wifi. When we asked about these things, we were told they had people working on it that day. My husband said at 8pm? No...they certainly did not. The room we stayed in was a 2 queen bed suite. The ceiling looked like it might have had some water damage and the bathroom is outdated...lots of water damage. Beds were comfortable in this room though. Breakfast is not anything exceptional. Not sure what the sausage is made of. If you do go for food, stick with the yogurts and cereal and maybe a waffle. We did call accommodation and there was no answer back to receiving a refund for the next night so we could find another hotel for our kids to enjoy a pool and also wifi. These days a lot of devices require an internet connection and there was none here. Consider another hotel if a business trip for sure. All in all what we thought would be a great hotel was not.

Stayed here for a long weekend for a sports tournament and found this hotel to be surprisingly great. Rooms are huge, which was fantastic with the whole family and sports gear for a few days. Well appointed rooms. Hotel was clean, new-ish and was quiet and safe. Good location near food. Breakfast got the job done. Overall, everything I could have hoped for at a very reasonable price.
