Keystone Lodge And Spa

The hotel offers beautiful views and an excellent location, which are undoubtedly its strongest attributes. While I understand it was shoulder season, the lack of luggage assistance and having to wheel our own baggage cart around diminished the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the hotel, spa, and amenities are in significant need of renovation. The guest rooms, common areas, pool, and spa were adequate but far from exceptional, with little to justify the premium pricing beyond the scenery outside the window. Cleanliness throughout the property was acceptable; however, the dated condition of the facilities makes the property feel more worn than well-maintained. On a positive note, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. That said, the value simply does not align with either the condition of the property or the level of service provided. Having stayed here previously in 1996, I was surprised to find that very little appears to have changed over the past three decades.

1-Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff 2- Excellent car/shuttle service to and from the mountain 3- Hot tub , stream room, sauna and very nice outdoor heated pool 4- Amazing views of the mountain and lake. 5-Breakfast was good 6- Bar was good. 7-Much needed water machine with different favors and oxygen machine in the lobby 8- Fully stocked gym 9-We had a room with a spiral staircase. It was very spacious and the bed upstairs was large with a beautiful view. However, it was not easy to carry up my wife’s heavy bag , and my reaction to the altitude affected how often i went up and down. But I would get that room again.

Nini and the staff at the front desk are super. I had a nout with altitude sickness and they were very helpful. There is an oxygen bar at rhe lobby that was so helpful. Thank you to this team for getting me to the clinic to help me get back on the road to recovery. I truly am grateful. I also really enjoied a 50 min massage during my stay that was simply relaxing and just what the dr ordered.
