Snowdance Manor

Wonderful location but sounds like a 12 year old runs the Facebook page. I was hoping to do some laundry and messaged them with a reasonable (I think?) message letting them know the laundry room is still locked almost 30 minutes past opening. This was their response, lol. I’d like to also mention there’s a sign in the laundry room stating you “MUST remove your clothes before 10pm” but they could care less about your time.

We recently stayed in Snowdance 303B. It seems to have been updated and the carpet appeared new. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others. I would have liked a newer mattress in the master bedroom. It was a bit saggy. However, after skiing all day I was just thrilled to have a place to lie down! The location is really good. Easy to walk to the mountain house base area in regular shoes. I would not want to walk it in my ski boots. There are plenty of lockers to rent ($6/day) in the Mountain House. They also have large baskets that can be rented for multiple days. We chose to check our skis each night for $5/pair and carry our boots each morning from the condo. I would definitely stay here again. P.S. The Goat Bar is a very short walk from the Snowdance condos for a cocktail. Kind of a dive but interesting.

Terrible service. I've been locked out of my own condo several times because the keycards provided expired without notice. When I'd go to the office during hours when they should be open, they're closed with a note on the door about staffing issues. When on a tight schedule, this caused me major problems not being able to enter my condo. When I finally met with the lady in the office she was exceptionally rude. Then this morning, the manager Dave had a Key To The Rockies van parked in a guest parking lot long term. Since the parking lot was full and I was a guest, I parked in front of the snow covered van with dry pavement under it. Before 8am on Sunday, Dave called to have my vehicle towed. My vehicle is one thing, but the manager's Dave's conduct was another. He yelled profanity, extorted more money from me than the tow truck driver asked for, and flipped me the bird as I drove away. The manager Dave does not have the temper for guest services, he's an overly aggressively rude hostile man. Avoid at all costs.
