It was the Travelers nightmare. I didn’t have a wink of sleep all night. I could not stay in the bedroom because something was a vibrating under the bed. I slept on the couch, but noise, heat, and uncomfortable, cushions , made it impossible to sleep all night. And then next day I I had check out before 10. I went ski and fell and broke my rib. I think it’s largely because I drove a long distance to come up to the mountains then spent the night without being able to sleep in the assigned apartment which was not habitable. The outside was in 30s and lightly snowing, but all rooms were hot like a sauna, and the noise factor was like in the furnace room , not only the noise, but the vibration under the bed from some machinery shaking the floor . I called the maintenance. The stuff was nice enough to check everything but told me something was not shut off. Since I was the only one staying in that entire complex and no one else is available to shut down the machinery that was left turned on. This particular unit was right next to a room marked as “fire control room” . I paid around $250 for all these suffering. Also, when I arrived, 2 TV remote was not working and the room was overheated. It was hard to breathe. I was told that just open the windows-but the windows have no screens or anything and with low sill. Any other man or animals can easily crawl in if I keep with windows open. Also I checked in during the specified hours, but no one was at the front office and there was a sign sent me to somewhere else. And I was giving a sheet of paper without a specific address just the name of the complex which is not discoverable by Google map. It was absolutely a nightmare. And because I had bad sleep and the next day I was so tired and exhausted, I left behind the high end cosmetics just purchased . I would never stay in any property manage by Keystone properties. What a rip off and bad management.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights with a friend. As others have commented the upstairs noise level is very high. Perhaps thicker rugs would remedy this. The wifi worked well but you do have to sign on to both as you move about the townhome. The townhome itself is outdated but comfortable. In my haste to leave I inadvertently left a full bag of toiletries in the main bathroom. When I arrived home the same day I realized my error and immediately contact the property. It was too late to speak to the cleaners and new guests had checked in. I left my information and was told I would be contacted the next day after they spoke to the cleaners. The next afternoon I had not heard anything so I reached out and was told no communication had been made but I was assured I would be contacted either way. That evening I still had not received any communication so I left a voicemail & an email. I was contacted back by email that a toothbrush and toothpaste had been thrown out. I called back and stated that was not the only belongings in the full bag, some were new products still in boxes. I was told by Brendan that I am not the only renter they have to deal with. After much back and forth he finally gave an insincere apology. The next day Corey called me and stated the new guests would be checking out and they would check again and get back to me. I am still awaiting that call. In the thousands of hotels, vacation rentals, campsites, etc I have stayed in I have never been treated so poorly. Here are some tips for the staff- The Role of the Property Manager Individuals who serve as property managers need to be friendly and practice quality customer service. They should listen to the needs of the tenant and work quickly to provide a solution. There should be no rude behavior or snarky comments. However, some times, individuals take on the role of property manager and they are not prepared to deal with the difficult public. As a property manager, one must be able to keep their cool no matter how difficult or annoying the situation with the tenant or landlord.

We were looking for something away from it all but close enough to do things, these condominiums were exactly what we were wanting! The condos are set up in quadruple units, and were easy to access. The condo itself was spacious, and perfectly appointed. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable: a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest room, humidifiers, extra bedding, washer/dryer, cushions for the outside seating, an Xbox and games, and books and movies. The location was prime, River Run is about a mile away, there are hiking and biking tails, and the river running behind the condo was soothing when the windows were open. The whole complex was quiet and peaceful. It's also pet-friendly, they even include a crate for Fido (though we brought our own). What else can I say except Thank You for making our vacation so enjoyable!
