Absolutely worst experience! There was a massive pee spot on the comforter and when I asked for a clean one, I was denied. In the morning we were a bit early to breakfast but we were heading out and so we grabbed a snack, one of the workers came in yelling at us for grabbing food because “people like us are why there’s no food left” we grabbed 3 biscuits and there was 3 of us. The gym wasn’t open either and when brought up he said “I’m not the gym manager” and “we’re hiring for a manager you should apply since you have so much to say” they were not nice at all when they absolutely could’ve been. “Quality” Inn, yeah right

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at me and my girlfriend were sharing a bed and as we were getting ready for bed we noticed a stain on our sheet and it wasn’t like a little Coffee stain it was a huge pee stain from a person or animal I don’t know but going down to the office and asking for a change the dude had a major attitude not even giving us an actual replacement for our blanket not only did we get into one argument at night in the morning the dude had a major attitude problem yelling at the three of us. Gym wasn’t open either room was freezing when we entered the first time and we never got offered the pee blanket that the worker had gone and “washed”

A dreadful and offensive experience. This place was disgusting, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Our room smelled terrible, honestly it smelled like death. They told us when we checked out that an old man had been essentially living in that room for a long time and they can’t get the smell out of it. The bathroom bulbs were essentially dead, that the whole bathroom was basically dark if you had to use it. When I first used the sink the water that come out was a yellowish-brown color & the tub knob is clearly broken.
Obvious water damage, peeling paint, missing trim, the air conditioner was nasty. The top vent part was gone and they replaced it with chicken wire and there was even a copper wire just sticking out of the top. That’s not safe. Fly poop was many places, including the ripped lampshades, walls, and inside the nightstand drawers.
lots of rust was on the wall sconces, one of them was even bent. Sheets had stains and holes in them and just looked bad. We put our used towels in a pile on the ground, and they just took them and hung them back up in our room. I could tell because the towels were still damp when we got back that evening. They didn’t even bother, taking out our trash in the trash bin. I ended up just taking it out myself. They advertise that they have a gym, but there’s no gym equipment at all, the entire room is filled with mattresses and other stuff. That’s false advertising. The only good thing is that they did replace the light bulb in the bathroom, and gave us an extra comfort. Thankfully, our days were full, and we didn’t have to spend a lot of time at the hotel because it was without a doubt one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life.
