HAMPTON STES PUEBLO NORTH

This hotel is older which would be fine but it was dirty in the front lobby, elevator and room. We had to check for bugs, very worried. Front desk very lacks in hospitality

This Hampton Inn needs updating. The place is clean and the front desk clerks are very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

If you need a bed and shower this hotel is ok. Anything beyond it’s a disaster. We stayed for 2 nights during a national park tour. We intended on using the pool and guest laundry to refresh. The guest laundry is quarters only and there is no change machine. The front desk advised that quarters aren’t available on Sunday?!?! So off to the local laundromat we went. So much for convenience. Deposit remaking our keys 3 times, they never worked on the pool or fitness center. I had to be escorted by the front desk every time I wanted to use these amenities. The pillows were flat, we had to request additional after the first night. Breakfast was lacking compared to other Hamptons with no hard boiled eggs (a staple at all Hampton properties). Note - these concerns were brought to the attention of the front desk during our stay. I was told the manager would reach out to me. 3 days later still no contact. I always try to resolve my concerns before posting publicly. Unfortunately I have no other recourse. There are other Hilton properties in Pueblo. We stayed specifically for the pool which was very inconvenient to use. Buyer beware, stay elsewhere.
