Luxury Inn And Suites

The worst experience ever. I had a very disappointing experience with Luxury Inn & Suites regarding a canceled reservation and promised refund. I canceled my reservation and was assured by their employee during the same phone call that the full amount of $192.38 would be refunded immediately. I was specifically told that because the cancellation and refund were processed within minutes of each other, I would never even see the charge on my credit card statement. I also received email confirmation supporting the refund. However, after returning from my vacation and reviewing my account, I discovered that the full $192.38 charge had been posted to my card and no refund was issued. Despite providing proof of the cancellation, refund confirmation, and transaction timeline, I have had to spend additional time pursuing money that should have been refunded as promised. Customers deserve accurate information and businesses should honor their refund commitments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Luxury Inn & Suites and would advise others to carefully monitor their credit card statements after any cancellation.

We stayed one night. Facilities were clean well maintained. We had rooms facing the front (away from the highway). We did not have any highway noise.

Weather was bad. We had snow drifts in our neighborhood 3 foot high so we called to cancel very early in the morning. The news advised only essential travel and to cancel any non-essential travel. The hotel kept our money, like $200 for nothing! Bad Business practice if you ask me. Taking money for services not rendered. We were even willing to stay the following Saturday, but they did not allow us to do that, just took our money.
