Horrible place. Not kept up well. Amenities listed were not available. Hotel had an unpleasant smell. Noisy with truck stop across the street. Neighborhood didn't seem particularly safe. Hotel entrance was not always monitored, and apparently anyone could come and go at any time. Read the reviews before you book this place!

This hotel was the most disgusting place I've ever been to. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling, it reeked of cigarettes, there was SEMEN on the floor, the deadbolt was missing, the toilet didn't flush and the lights didn't turn on. We walked in and left 10 minutes later. The icing on the cake was that the hotel would not refund us whatsoever, even though we were there for minutes. There was no one at the front desk to complain to or check me out so I left and placed a cancelation request through booking.com. Someone was getting arrested as we left and the place was overall too dangerous to stay in. I am hoping the hotel contacts me to make this right and refund the money I spent. DO NOT STAY HERE, this is the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen.

I would not recommend this motel to handicapped individuals. They will rip you off and lie to you as well. I paid 168.32 for a 2 bed room for 2 nights. I wanted to get an accessible room and inquired about one while checking in. I was told it would cost $117.96 more to do so, when asked what justified the price increase I was told it had a bigger bathroom. When asked if that was illegal, the clerk laughed and said "Probably". Manager/owner has lied to me stating that there were no accessible rooms when I checked in - not true, then she had 2 accessible rooms for the entire motel, and the one unavailable room cost less than the one that was available - not true there are 2 rooms and on the site itself, they both go for a higher price. Manager/owner could not give me a reason why both rooms cost more and has already admitted if one room was not at the rate of non-accessible rooms that would be illegal, yet still charges more for the two rooms she has. Thanks to their price gouging I refused to pay the handicapped tax and "splurge" on an ADA accessible room, the bathrooms were too small and as a consequence, I had to use the truck stop restroom across the street. The main lobby restroom was inaccessible to me my entire stay and blocked off. Other than ripping off the handicapped the cons we noticed at this motel: The atmosphere is very dated, once you step into the lobby you feel as though you are stepping back in time...and not in a good way. The place isn't clean, it smells of urine, pot, and mold throughout. The website boasts of an exercise room, on-site restaurant, and free breakfast none of which exist. I get Covid is a thing right now and they are milking it for all it is worth. They should charge less if certain amenities are not available, or at very least take said amenities off the site altogether. To be honest I wouldn't eat at this motel even if available as it is just so dirty go to the truck stop it was rather nice (for a truck stop) and cleaner as well. Strange how they state they care about patrons not contracting COVID however, allow just about anyone to loiter in front of the lobby doors - typically smokers, so you are bathed in smoke the moment you set foot inside. One gentleman was hacking and coughing - smokers cough? Covid? who knows. Some clerks did not wear a mask at all. The $100 deposit - which is not mentioned on the website. I get it, lots of motels require one. My problem was - our room there were several holes where it looks like someone punched the walls/door, the bathroom door was coming apart, furniture was scratched up, white paint was splattered here and there, cigarette burns in the linens, etc. The front desk clerk would not sign something stating the problems in the room and we feared we might lose our deposit. There is no excuse whatsoever for rooms to be in this much disrepair. Nor should they be taking deposits. There are homeless people wandering the parking lot - it is also littered with used needles great souvenirs for the kids! One homeless man slept in the hallway where my son's room was located. When my son left his room to go to mine leaving his girlfriend behind, said homeless man tried to break into their room! Do not get a first-floor room in this motel. Had I known about it while staying here police would have been called it scared his girlfriend to death. Unfortunately, they did not tell me until days later. There are no microwaves or fridges. True, this is not in the amenities and the place is so filthy I would not use it even if they had. I put this here because comparable motels - Motel 6 does offer these items (they also don't gouge handicapped users). Forget about the wifi - it is very slow and not worth it unless it is late at night or very early in the morning and even then it is sluggish. The one handicapped ramp into this place is falling apart at the bottom, very uneven, enough so I fell off my knee walker. For the rest of the stay, I used a transit chair as I did not want to fall. Easy fix, yet they do not fix anything here so be careful if you have issues walking. All in all, if they are immoral enough to rip off handicapped users, they will do so to everyone, I guess they are equal opportunists in this regard. Do not bother, there are many other options in the area, some may cost a few dollars more but trust me they are so worth it!
