SPA AT NOWWICH INN THE

I was at a function and the food was horrible. We had a waitress who was so rude and not nice. Won’t go there anymore. Very disappointed. Need to hire people who enjoy helping others

Service is 100/100. Every single employee we came in contact with was friendly, warm, inviting, and helpful. The amenities are PLENTIFUL! Pool, hot tub, steam room, and dry sauna. They offer 60/80 minute massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, and so much more! Robes, slippers, towels, beverages, fruit, and WiFi are freely available. We had a room with a king bed, and it was spacious, bright and airy! Multiple windows across two walls allowed in so much light when we pulled up the shades! Each room has a thick, fluffy white robe for the guests. Everyone is welcome to wear their robes absolutely everywhere on the property, including their restaurants for breakfast, afternoon tea, and lunch. They ask only that guests please dress for dinner, (and not even very dressy at that). The atmosphere is VERY much that of quiet luxury. The grounds are covered in grass, trees, bushes, lounge chairs, and tasteful garden furniture. I’m rather picky about cleanliness, and my “ick” factor is set slightly higher than other people’s. This inn is kept spotless! Believe me when I tell you, I LOOKED. Hahaha I was very happy and felt totally at ease. My bff are going to make this a summer tradition, and we’ll be back in the autumn for vineyard tours and wine tastings! You won’t be disappointed when you give them a try.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the pricing. The property felt old and poorly maintained, with dirty floors and worn carpeting. The pub service was disappointing as well — over 30 minutes for a single drink
