Holiday Inn Express Plainfield

Horrible! Steer clear. We stayed there and were given a room with an adjoining room, which we did NOT want. It was unsafe. There was a huge gap under the doors where someone could slide a camera under. We had the light and shadows from the adjoining room on our floor!! We had to call the front desk 3 times because noise next door. Front desk ssid they couldnt do anything. We got no sleep. The next day spoke to the manager, jasmine. She was rude and dismissive. The entire experience was horrible. We would have been better off sleeping in our car, but it was too cold. Go anywhere else, but here

All these hotels now use the reservations desk service. We wanted a pool and a bar and we were told this hotel had both plus a restaurant. No dice. There was construction noise in the morning and the room was a little shabby, probably about to be renovated. We complained to the front desk upon checkout. He said he'd call the manager and we never heard anything from them.

Excellent Staff, Clean and well stocked rooms. I use La Quinta hotels as much as they are available as I travel the country
