Dirty, tired, cold and uninhabitable. Staff were disinterested, presented in loungewear clothing, and looked as if they’d rather be home in their lazy boy recliner watching TV. Room was filthy, and freezing due to a broken ac. Requested a blanket for the bed and eventually received what looked like a skinned muppet Fozzy bear. The answer to the broken ac - issue a small electric fan heater that sounded like a jumbo jet taking off. It is beyond filthy and wouldn’t even put homeless folk there to stay. Simply awful. It is beyond tired and needs some serious $$ spent in it to make it come even close to resembling a hotel. We left immediately after sourcing alternative accommodation. This is a disgrace - how they can call it a hotel is beyond me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hotel staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, but the lack of hygiene is the serious issue with the hotel; there were insects and spiders. There was little cleanliness in the hotel in general, especially in the rooms; we were moved to a different room and there were spiders there too. The night before, we were bitten by insects and woke up covered in welts; we didn't understand why until the next day when we saw lint, we thought it was lint but it was insects inside the sheets and pillows. It is regrettable, but we hope you can improve that and fumigate, and inform those of us who arrive where the pool was, since we never saw that.

Dropped off our son to college. Twas our 3nd stay here. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Love the free parking!
