We had the pleasure of working with this hotel for our Family Learning Vacation (FLV) program, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Communication was excellent. Whenever an issue arose, the team responded quickly through email and text and handled every situation with professionalism, grace, and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure our FLV families and staff had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated how management stepped in to resolve an accommodation request when one of the staff members was unsure how to proceed. Their commitment to customer service truly stood out.
One suggestion for future group reservations is to include complimentary breakfast with blocked room reservations. For programs like FLV, having breakfast available at the hotel would save families valuable time in the morning and make it much easier to prepare for the day's activities before heading out.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both individual travelers and large groups. Their outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and genuine care made our experience a positive one.
