Renaissance Mayflower

Excellent hotel with great check-in service with extremely professional people. Hotel is in a nice area and also has a good spot for breakfast. We did not have car but it was like $75 a night and I guess in New York that’s normal.

Very charming, historical hotel. The room is adequate for sleeping and getting ready to go out. It only has a desk and desk chair. No place to sit down to watch TV or have in room service of any kind. The staff is very friendly but inexperienced. The restaurant closes for a few hours in the afternoon. During this time, there is no place to eat or have a drink within the hotel. The service in the restaurant was very slow. By the time our chowder was served it was cold. The amenities in the room bathroom are minimal. We have stayed in other Autograph collection hotels by Marriott and have had a much better overall experience.

Conveniently located next to 2 metro lines and walkable to several dining options. Hotel has a variety of rooms.
