I chose this hotel because of its excellent location, and in that regard, it did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious enough, everything appeared very clean, and the property seems to be well maintained. Unfortunately, the service was simply disastrous. Upon check-in, I was informed that the room type I had reserved online was no longer available. I had specifically booked a room with queen beds, but without any prior notice, I was assigned a room with two double beds instead. The electronic key card never worked properly during my entire stay. Every single time I wanted to enter my room, I had to go all the way from the third floor back to the front desk to have the key reactivated. This became extremely frustrating, especially when I was carrying shopping bags and other packages. To make matters worse, the room telephone never worked. The first time I reported the issue, I was told that a technician would come to fix it. When nobody ever showed up, I complained again, only to be told that many rooms have wiring issues and that they simply could not fix the problem. I was attending an important event and needed to iron a dress shirt in my room. The iron provided was broken, and there was no ironing board at all. I had to go to the lobby to request an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. They handed me the hair dryer immediately and promised to deliver the iron and ironing board to my room—but they never did. Since the room phone didn’t work, I had no way to follow up without making yet another trip to the front desk. What disappointed me the most was not just the maintenance issues, but the complete lack of customer service. The staff seemed indifferent, were not proactive, and showed little interest in helping guests or resolving problems. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and cared for, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. If all you need is a clean place to shower and sleep, this hotel may be an acceptable option because the location is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. However, if you expect even a basic level of customer service, functioning room amenities, or staff willing to assist you, you will likely be disappointed. This property has significant room for improvement when it comes to guest service and overall hospitality.

The stay was fine but being an extended stay as well it smells funky, like rotten food and smoke. The hallways are nicely lighted and clean. We were here 5 nights, couldn't find a trolley to cart stuff and there is no ice maker in the entire place. The reservation sites says there is breakfast but there is NOT. In room, we got a suite and the pull out sofa bed was broke, we use something to prop the end up. Bathroom door is coming off the hinges and a chair was ripped up. Cosmetically, not appealing. But overall stay was FINE.

Staff was so friendly, hotel was clean, easy access to so many things. It's no luxury stay but it was comfortable, great price and safe. Best part was how nice everyone was and how close I was to everything I needed to do. Will be back when I need to return for business.
