Comfort Inn (Plan City)

Absolutely disgusting. I have multiple photos. Whole hotel needs a renovation. Smells like mold. Substances running down front of elevator door and on our headboard. Furniture in room very scratched up. Multiple cracks in bathroom ceiling. Toilet running continuously and leaking water. I could go on. Have sent 2 written complaints and a call to corporate headquarters. No response from hotel management as I want our money back. Have called the hotel multiple times since our stay and there is never a manager available. Left my phone number with no return call. I may follow up with the health department. Stay away!!!

The room had a strong musty smell. The shower curtain had mold. The towels, although clean, were old. Breakfast was poor; there wasn't even milk for the cereal. Nothing hot, just coffee. I had to eat at a fast-food restaurant across the street. The photos they show of the dining room are not real. The area is extremely small. It doesn't show the truth about breakfast.

My name is Jessica Lee. I want to give a review for the excellent service i received while staying at the Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland hotel located at 2003 S Frontage Rd, Plant City, FL 33563. The staff are very kind, family oriented, welcoming and accommodating with wheelchair accessibility also pet friendly. There is also a hot coffee 24 hours of the day as well as hot breakfast at 6:00 a.m. The property is walking distance to several stores,restaurants and parks. The rooms are newly renovated, very modern and clean. Housekeeping staff is trustworthy and mindful of privacy. There are many amenities such as a place for sitting barbecuing at family time near the pool and hot tub. The location is safe and clean in and outside of the property. Parking is accessible to big vehicles, work trucks, RVs and vans.
