It's not just that the property is bad, the general manager Manisha Patel is even worse!!!!!! The property should get a a real owner/real manager.
You would not want your own family to have an experience like this. From insects to cracked lamp shades, to wood coming off and places detaching and rusting and chipped areas,This owner of the property deserves to be chewed about the city officials and county department. There should be fines and stiff penalties for this. When charging more than double the amount of points you should be the best econo lodge instead of being the worst.
Finally, it's not just the experience at your property that was terrible. I unfairly got charged a $100 and it wasn't refunded. After several days of waiting, I had to spend extra time and energy to dispute the charge. I shouldn't be charged when I am paying points.
The owner responds to all these negative reviews about failing to exceed people's expectations, how about you actually having some standards and expectations. People's satisfaction is not important to Manisha Patel, charging your credit card and making you have to spend extra time disputing the charge a week after your stay... this on top of you already using points. not just 6,000 or 8,000 or 10,000... 15,000 points!!!
This property is not making improvements and they do not offer exceptional experiences to guests. it is just fake, phony, empty rhetoric. And after trying to talk to the owner, its not even at all caring. You can see the owner has ZERO desire and ZERO effort to make it up to you. This on top of underperforming and being frugal while taking so many points and charging you $3. Cheapskate.
and don't kid yourself about responding to reviews with nonsense about you hoping people to stay again or you boasting about a superior experience... you deserve all the criticism. You the owner/general manager absolutely deserved to be called out.

I could hear other doors slam and was grateful I was on the top floor, otherwise I feel confident I’d hear stomping from above. I also heard sirens both nights, but it’s located on 60, and they have no control of that.
This is the first hotel I’ve been to that did not have real pillows on the bed. They were almost like throw pillows in a pillowcase.
The comforter was paper thin and a dingy red. The red accent wall should go away. Fresh neutral paint (scuff marks on the wall), new linens and new pillows would make a HUGE difference.
The room smelled musty too. However, the bathroom countertop looked new and the shower was good. The staff at checkin in and out were nice.
Paid $100 a night with fees, and feel it was overpriced based on my experience.

Room fixtures were ok. Hot water at first, but later on none. The walls are very thin and people were up all night next door, could hear everything. Loud talking outside all night as well, plus heavy traffic and five sirens added to the chaos.
