Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Airport South

Definitely not a Marriot Bonvoy standard hotel. It should NOT be considered part of this hotel chain! Check in, you need to wait alot and they barely look at your face. Room is average with an old carpet and a tv almost falling from the wall, tilted to the side. At the lobby, a few ads mentioning about happy hour at the hotel at promotional prices! Be aware by the time you get your food, they will not tell you the timing for happy hour is over, they will charge you double the price! Surprisingly you cannot cancel the order, as they say they cannot revert the credit card charges and the hotel supervisor mentions she will credit your Marriot Bonvoy account with the difference of what you paid extra from what was announced, in points… buuuuut…. LIEEE, as that never happened, even after emailing them twice (which I never got an answer). Btw Dont get the chicken wings, disgustingly greasy and not worthy to pay USD20 for that! In fact, dont eat in this hotel and dont stay at this hotel at all. There are plenty of better hotels close by!

We booked through ParkSleep. However, I made a mistake and booked a day later. While the hotel was able to provide a room, the charges were extremely high. I paid $395.22 for a room and 7 nights for parking. When called the hotel to pick us up at the airport, we were advised they did not provide a shuttle so paid additional money to get a ride to the hotel. . The assistant manager was going to provide Parksleep notification to refund us the entire fee. However, I received a credit for $51.00 vs $200+. extremely unsatisfied. Beautiful clean room. Amazing staff and a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend staying here. Close to airport and shuttle service
