We have stayed here many times and been very satisfied. The last time before was 2018 and in 7 years it happened a lot, unfortunately to the negative. We have always been so happy to stay here, nice staff, easy to get to and good breakfast. Now in 2025 it was mostly deserted, we hardly saw any staff at all. A man who worked at breakfast was someone we hoped to see again but neither he nor others were seen. When we arrived, in the middle of the night, we could not access our room. The reception claimed that we would have received a code for our rooms from Ving who we booked with, when we called any hotline number, they said the hotel would give it to us. There we stood very tired and finally began to cry with fatigue. After an hour they managed to get hold of a manager who reluctantly gave us a code in. The girl at the reception was Spanish and spoke so bad English that it was not possible to understand what she said. So it didn't make it any easier for us to check in. We’re going back in 2027 and we’re now thinking about finding a new place unfortunately. It's a shame considering we've enjoyed it this way and that it's great prices for the accommodation...

room is not as described missing oven, washer and dryer. hotel itself is dirty and not kept especially in the hallways. showers are so small you can barely move in them. room overall was at least clean

Stayed in 1707 building one , beautiful condo clean and just right for two people , had everything you needed , the terrace on this one was huge plenty of furniture to relax on and splendid views of the lake . Would highly recommend. Pictures are spot on , unfortunately the weather was not good the 4 days we spent so never got chance to enjoy the views .
