We decided to relax near Disney Springs after visiting family in Canada. Hilton was advertising a terrific rate and we liked the hotel location. Definitely lucked out as hotel was not crowded, very relaxing and a beautiful room/view. Lea who checked us in was bright, sincere, professional and accommodating. Hotel pools and hot tubs were beautiful and again, not crowded , making a terrific, relaxing day. Evening we had a beautiful walk of 5’minutes to Disney Springs where we enjoyed dinner and the sights. Would recommend and return.

Love this location a lot! The front desk, bell service and concierge is amazing! The staff is very professional. Samarah, the guest ambassador is such a great asset to Hilton. She has an amazing personality and smile. This location is so convenient to Disney Springs. A 6 minute walk. We stayed on the 6th floor in the West Tower. 2 comfortable queen beds. Perfect for 2 adults. The room is clean! Huge screen TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and ice bucket with glasses. Great big desk and view of the fountain out front. The hallways are clean as well as the elevators. John T's bar has a lot of seating to relax and enjoy a drink. The marketplace is fantastic. Ice cream, cheesecake and pastries to choose from along with sodas, chips, you name it. Pool area is very nice. 2 pools, lots of loungers. Definitely worth the money spent to stay here
