Unfortunately, there were multiple problems during my stay, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. First, the hotel staff gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This was a serious and uncomfortable mistake. After I brought it to their attention, they changed my room and issued me another one. Unfortunately, the replacement room had cockroaches, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hot water ran out while I was taking a shower. With all these issues happening one after another, I ended up getting ready late and was late for my presentation. This ultimately affected and ruined what was supposed to be an important professional event for me. I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the combination of being given an occupied room, finding cockroaches in the replacement room, and losing hot water during a shower made this stay extremely disappointing and stressful. I expected a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and reliable service, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide that. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling for an important event or professional commitment.

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Disneyworld. We got a good room rate, which was a renovated suite. It had a large double bed, bunk beds and double sofa, so it was perfect for my husband, myself and our 3 teenage children. The room was renovated and lovely. The hotel itself could do with a full renovation. You can tell as soon as you walk into the reception, it’s old. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The reason I gave it 3 stars was that we were there for 4 days nights/ 5 days and our room was only cleaned once. I had to ask. We were out from 7:30 until 5:30pm and apparently someone may have came up to 10pm. I’ve never had this before and when we were home having showers and dinners at 5:30pm, we didn’t want someone to come in to clean the room. I asked the cleaning attendant for clean towels and I gave her the used 5 towels. I was only wanting to give me 3 clean ones, so it was a hassle getting 5. Also, the pool area didn’t have towels out at 10am and we had to search for someone to ask for towels. We finally got them but was a challenge. We wouldn’t stay here again as there are much better options, where we’ve stayed before that we preferred.

Place is trash . Waited over 1 1/2 hours for check , rude receptionist , door lock was broke and although unlocked we couldn’t get in the room. Above all the resort itself is pretty nasty. I’m sure it was nice in 1995 but it’s garbage now
