Rodeway Inn On The Beach

We have arrived at our accomodation Sunrise Inn On The Beach, to find what looks like an abandoned motel. After knocking, ringing the doorbell and phone number for some time with no answer another couple arrived. They managed to get a hold of someone and they came down to reception. Then when we tried to check in they have informed us that somebody should of called us as ownership has changed. They will not honour our original booking of $208.54AUD for 2 nights and are trying to swindle us out of $220.00USD per night. CROOKS!! Don’t book here!!

The accommodations were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was very conveniently located to local attractions. Staff was very accommodating and met me with smiles at check in and check out and offered help if needed. Great view of the weekend fireworks done at the Daytona Pier. Pool was refreshing and nice in the heat. Will definitely stay again. Tiffany is a great manager. Recommend staying here. Great accommodations for the price!

front desk staff were friendly but still, we didn't get what we reserved room. We reserved and paid for a room with kitchenette but we were told it was on first come first serve bases. Parking was limited so we were afraid to drive anywhere in case we lost our parking spot. Room was old and wifi wasn't strong. Otherwise it's a great area right on the beach.
