Inn On Destin Harbor

I sent this hotel a text to ask about the handicap accessible parking and room size. I stressed i used a walker and oxygen tanks and even called them about the pool, dock and beach area. I was told I would be able to access it but I could not because they are located down 3 flights of stairs. When I asked for a refund I was denied and the attiude changed to us to crappy. I asked the hotel and told them about my needs. They blamed it on me. I told them I did not work there and how would I know you had to go down stairs?? No where did it show on the ad or on-line going down stairs. I would of never booked it. I only booked it after I was assured I could get to the pool, dock and beach area. Hair was in the bathtub, mold all over and the tv was left on. I expected better from this hotel. THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY.

excellent location, you can walk to a ton of restaurant and bars. Beautiful Harbor views, grab and go breakfast excellent with name brand cereal boxes, yogurts, waffles, pastries, coffee, juices. Comfy bed, great air and a nice little bar next door with great prices. it could use a little updating here and there, but it was clean. We would definitely stay here again. overall a great place to stay.

These peoples reviews LIE!! They were very rude and treated me like crap. I sent them a note when we reserved our room that I was disable, used a walker and had oxygen tanks. The only way to get to the pool was to go down 3 flights of stairs so I got to watch other guess swim. I could not fish from the dock and if you throw out you have other businesses telling you that you can't fish private property. Everthing was so close together that it was no fun. You couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the cigar and ciggarette smell. I did ask for a refund when we first got there and was told NO all hateful and we would loose the deposit as well. If you are disabled stay away from this place, The bathrooms are small & full of mold because of no exhaust in the bathrooms. The breakfast was a 2pk of blueberry muffins and a frozen Jimmy Dean break sandwhich. The ice machine was on the 5th floor and you had to wait for the elevator constantly. This place is in a good spot with alot of things to do. I got tired of listening to the band next door at the bar though. They couldn't hold a note and was horrible.
