Crowne Plaza Hotel Miami Inter

The bartenders especially Sayda were amazing!!! She was very accommodating to my special requests when it came to my food and drink order. She even had suggestions for experiences outside the hotel- with Miami nightlife being so expansive- she took the time to get to know me and suggested the right atmosphere I was looking for! I give her 10+ stars and the same to this hotel! The rooms are very nicely renovated. And very clean! 10 out of 10 all the way around!!!

Second time visiting this hotel. Excellent stay. Twin room with amazing beds, excellent ac, good bathroom , clean. What we did not have this year was breakfast because we find the variety and the different choices offered do not match the cost. There are other places around for breakfast anyway. The elevators also take ages. Still, after staying in many other hotels in Miami through the years this hotel tops up as a choice for the time being. Very near to the airport and the complimentary shuttle bus runs every 20 min.

Ana was amazing. The food and drinks were great.
