What a beautiful hotel! The grounds and lobby are beautiful and the rooms are clean and fresh. Rosy, at the front desk, was a joy to work with for this walk in customer. She was able to get me a ground floor room and made sure I had everything I needed.

Staff was very helpful upon check-in even though their computer system was giving them problems and it took longer than it probably should have to check in, but like I said, they were very friendly and apologetic about it. Rooms are clean. The hotel is in a great location if you’re going to the keys and don’t wanna drive all the way down there in one day from a distance away. Only thing that keeps it from a five star rating for me is the memory foam mattress bed. If I had known about that, I probably would not have stayed here as my back does not get along with those types of mattresses.

Upon check in into my room the first thing I noticed was the small of mildew. After going to the bathroom to spray sanitizer there was mold and hair in the tub, so at 4am I decide to c/o early and leave this place, I went to the front desk to c/o and received a receipt . 2 days later I notice that I was never refunded my 1 night and contacted the property for an explanation. They declined my refumd . Any future guest please please get a proper receipt . This place is dirty
