I stayed at Days Inn Florida City and, 4 months later, two $75 nightly deposits have still not been refunded. I was told the refund could not be processed due to system limitations. I offered an alternative solution (refund to another card or method), but this was also refused with the same explanation. After many phone calls and emails over several months, communication has now stopped entirely. For a global hospitality group such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, this experience raises concerns about how deposits and post-stay financial issues are handled at properties like Days Inn Florida City.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in the recent past. The rooms are so dirty. The shower handle came out to my hand when trying to use hot water. The front desk is horrible. I forgot my gold chain which I kept on the bed in the room. When I called them the next day. They are so arrogant and said they didn't find any. They abruptly kept the phone and didn't give a chance to explain. Terrible service
