Best Florida Resort

We paid online and when we got there a few minutes later the office was closed. The phone number for help went unanswered and the voice mail was in spanish, which i don't speak. Customers just leaving said the place was dirty, the pool was unusable and they don't change the sheets. Trying to get our money back since we couldnt stay and didnt want to once we saw the place. Stay away!

LADIES BEWARE. me and two friends checked in tonight, and within an hour someone is banging on our door trying to yank it open. a chair was placed under the door handle, making it hard to open the door once we tried to open it. the front desk insisted nobody was at our door, and everything was okay. police were called and escorted us out. please be careful here.

Seeing this hotel on the website looked good great reviews. On arrival the cleaner took our info she spoke very little English and she kindly showed us to our room. How disappointed we were this was nothing near the photos. The bed were rickety the bedding stained and torn never seen an iron. The blinds were broken and no curtains. The floor was filthy no side lights and tv cables left to dangle. When my partner was outside a huge palm branch fell from a tree narrowly missing her. If she would have been standing in the same position 10 seconds earlier it would have caused her serious injury. Lack of maintenance and due diligence Bey dangerous. This hotel uses well out of date photos to pull the wool over travellers eyes. DO NOT STAY HERE. We paid $333.22 and could not stay in this filth we cleaned the place with wipes and they were all brown with dirt. This was the last straw and we had to leave. So far no refund from the manager and they refuse to speak to the company we booked with.
