Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale 17th Street Convention

Stayed here 2 days before our cruise. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much that we wished we could have made our stay longer. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful.

Excellent experience, if taking a cruise very close to the port and shuttle service is great. Hotel looks new and clean.

Over crowded on several of the days. Breakfast selection/lines waiting a joke. Would not recommend this hotel. Customer service not interested in concerns. Very disappointing experience.
