Everything went very well, we moved here from the bad Sheraton, we were also given a room tour before we booked the room. Since we are right on the Intracoastal, you can fish well here.

I haven’t the slightest clue how this hotel has such good reviews. Both the staff and the facility look nice but are useless. We booked a 1 bedroom suite, overlooking the waterway with a terrace. The most expensive room in the hotel. The AC was incapable of keeping the room below 72-73 (even at night). Called maintenance, said they fixed. Nope never cooled the room. Woke up in the morning, no hot water at 6:30 am. Walk down to the front desk, I get “sorry sir no one is here to help. We can have you move rooms”. I am checking out in 1 hour with my family all we need is a hot shower. I have to pick up my family and move just to get a hot shower and check out. Unreal. Most expensive room in the place is uninhabitable. I will be disputing the charges with CC company here. Good luck to management winning this one.

The rooms were nice, hotel was nice too, atmosphere and scenery was nice too, like that it’s close to the beach, and a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance
