Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft. Lauderdale

This should not be a Sheraton. The room had a mold smell and the AC would not cool. The bar and restaurant will not let you charge to your room. No security. I felt unsafe. The hotel must have a contract for displaced people. Not a great feeling. The noise from the train was bad too. The hotel is on the wrong side of the railroad track. Some of my Uber drivers even told me they do not pick up guests from this Sheraton. Save your money and stay at the Westin across the interstate.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Sheraton while we were trying to find a place to relocate our daughter. The staff was amazing, particularly Manual at the front desk, and Jalila and Juline at the M Club. Beyond grateful for this experience. Thank you!!!

It's clean and that's about it. Needs a lot of repairs. Ice machines don't work. had to go to 3 floors to find a working one. Had dinner at restaurant, every single thing we ordered was wrong. Ordered meat Samosas, got Vegan. ordered roasted potatoes, the were OLD and cold!! Husband ordered caesar salad, had no cheese. Ordered Marguerite pizza..no Basil, no olive oil.. had onions, shouldn't have. I'm now laying in bed and the outside traffic is so loud and there's a car in the lot that's been there for hours blaring rap music... WHY???????
