Excellent option for its price , location and good service

This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. During an overnight cold snap (temperatures dropped to around 32°F), the room was freezing. There was no thermostat and no heating system at all, only an air conditioner. The windows were poorly sealed and allowed cold air to come directly into the room, which made the situation worse. The room could not be heated overnight and was genuinely uncomfortable to sleep in. I was later told the hotel has space heaters available if requested. If staff were aware temperatures would be freezing, it is unreasonable to expect guests to discover there is no heat in the middle of the night, get dressed, and go to the front desk to ask for a heater. That should have been handled proactively. Cleanliness was also unacceptable. I wore white socks in the room, and after a couple of hours they were completely black from dirt, which clearly shows the floors were not properly cleaned. I approached staff calmly and respectfully to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue without escalation. I was told nothing could be done at the time. Management later offered a 30% discount, which I declined because it did not reasonably address the severity of the issues. After declining that offer and informing them I would contact my credit card company, I received a text message implying they would tell my bank the situation was fraudulent because I stayed in the room. Threatening guests after they decline partial compensation and pursue standard consumer remedies is deeply unprofessional. Even if cold weather is rare in Florida, basic cleanliness, clear communication, and respectful customer service are not optional. This hotel failed on all counts. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere

Great location and close to the beach. My room was clean and big enough. The rooms are equipped with a TV, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a fridge, a microwave, air conditioning and a coffee machine. There is also a private balcony to the bedroom to watch the sunsets. There is also a swimming pool with a terrace all around. Near the hotel you will find a few restaurants and cafes. This hotel is located in a very peaceful area at night. Room service is provided every day and if you wish not to be disturbed, staff leave an extra bag of towels at your disposal right at your doorstep. The staff is friendly and friendly. There is a public transport service located a few minutes from the hotel. I stayed 6 days at this hotel and really loved the location.
